SUSTAINABILITY

Decor throughout the hotel is toxin-free, with paints in particular being chosen by local artists for their natural pigments; all hotel linens are woven, refined, and dyed in France.
No small lamps or appliances are in the individual rooms, motion-sensor lights are installed throughout the corridors, and guests must call reception for changes in their room temperature to ensure that no energy is wasted in empty rooms.
HoY's restaurant, Mesa, is entirely plant-based and offers unique dishes that change seasonally
Water carafes with are supplied in each room, filtered with Japanese binchotan charcoal, helping guests forego plastic bottles
