Our Process

Stage 1

Consultation

In our initial video consultation, we'll hear about your company's existing sustainability strategy, and offer suggestions of which routes we can take to maximise your company's positive impact, and mitigate its negative impact.

Stage 2

Strategy

After you fill out a questionnaire, we get to work on formulating precise tactics and strategies your company can implement to create both internal sustainability targets and standards, as well as external programs to align your mission and ethos with your community.

Stage 3

Weekly Consultation

Following the implementation of this new sustainability strategy, we will consult with you on a weekly call to evaluate your program's development and success: what's effective, what's not, and what else can be done to improve your company's impact on people and planet?

Stage 4

Maintenance

Following the successful implementation of all recommendations, you and your business can stand proud in the knowledge that you're consistently making strides for both people and planet. Additional consultancy sessions can be scheduled as frequently or infrequently as desired.
