In our initial video consultation, we'll hear about what you're happy with within your company, and where you see room for improvement or where you're looking for assistance.
After you fill out a questionnaire, we get to work on formulating precise tactics and strategies your company can implement to improve or alter the way you operate in one specific area or function of your business.
Following the implementation of this new sustainability strategy, we will consult with you on a weekly call to evaluate the impact of making these changes: what's working, what's not, and what else can be done to strengthen what your company offers the world?
Following the successful implementation of our recommendations, you and your business can track your success metrics and evaluate the impact these changes are having long-term. Additional consultancy sessions can be scheduled as frequently or infrequently as desired.
